Night Light L.A.

Night Light LA is a pop-up party featuring two stages of dance and experimental house music in an abandoned chapel & mortuary in Westchester at the 405. Viewing rooms, embalming rooms, and the chapel itself are activated with live painting, installations, and soundscapes showcasing works by local artists.

The venue.

Founded in 1927, the Malinow Silverman Mortuary served the burial needs of the West Los Angeles Jewish Community for nearly 80 years. The business moved to Covina in 2016 and the building went under contract to sell to a Developer soon after. Now vacant and soon to be demolished, the former home of the Malinow Silverman Mortuary is the venue for NightLight L.A.
